Pause Mode

Not much happens in pause mode! Pause mode is used as a transition period between periods of startup, normal, and selloff modes, to provide users a temporary break from activity. We may also employ pause mode during application maintenance, in the event of a technical difficulty, and potentially on specific holidays. You will still have access to Straato notifications, your trade log, current market parameters, and your profile information. However, you will not be able to purchase Straato or sell Straato on the offer queue. But pause mode won’t last long! We will usually display a countdown to when the next mode change will occur. In the rare cases when we do not display this countdown, we will offer an explanation on the main dashboard panel for why the Marketplace is undergoing an extended pause.
